Required Skills
- Strong experience in software testing, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and independent task management.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce standard and custom functionality, configurations, workflows/flows, validation rules, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations, APIs, web services, data migration, and data integrity.
- Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to develop test scenarios, test cases, scripts, test data, and requirements traceability.
- Experience with QA tools such as qTest, Tricentis Tosca, and CRT.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test coverage, gaps, and potential risks.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce and related applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, security settings, reports, dashboards, and business rules.
- Test system integrations, APIs, interfaces, data exchanges, and data migration for accuracy and integrity.
- Support releases and deployments through pre-deployment, post-deployment, and regression testing.
- Document test results, maintain test evidence, track defects, and coordinate with development teams to validate fixes.
- Monitor testing progress, report defects and risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements to QA processes, test automation, and testing standards to enhance software quality.
