Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves leading end-to-end development initiatives, managing integrations, and optimizing configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions and mentor development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Develop and customize applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Manage and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Optimize Salesforce configurations including workflows, flows, validation rules, and data models
- Leverage AI-driven capabilities (Agentforce) to enhance automation and business processes
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce implementations
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset or similar
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for development and deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrations
- Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification
- Experience with Service Cloud and Order Management (OMS)
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce (AI/automation capabilities)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with data migration tools and middleware platforms
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations
- Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset)
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); Java knowledge is a plus
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular) is a plus
