A client of Acumen Talent is seeking a driven Inside Sales Coordinator to support continued expansion. This role serves as a critical partner to both customers and the internal sales team, supporting complex accounts with unique requirements. The Inside Sales Coordinator ensures exceptional service delivery, accurate order execution, and seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication.
- Monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer expectations.
- Partner closely with the Sales Team to support long-term account planning.
- Provide technical consultation when appropriate.
- Assist with demand forecasting and inventory purchase planning.
- Participate in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) reviews.
- Collaborate with Engineering Solutions teams as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or higher.
- 3 years of sales support, account management, or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Experience using ERP systems and CRM platforms.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of customer success or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of fluid power systems.
- Formal training or certifications related to fluid power.
- Experience in the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
