Acumen International specializes in Fine Art Shipping in New York City and around the world. Our company is currently looking for a full time associate job manager to join our team. We require an organized candidate who can work with our experienced job managers to assist with coordinating both local and international shipments. As an associate job manager you would be responsible for smaller shipments and assist senior job managers with more complex projects.
We are a fast growing company looking for someone who is interested in working in the Fine Art shipping industry.
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting Senior Job Managers to meet a variety of needs for our clients.
- Preparing shipping documents and work orders.
-Communicating directly with clients to organize shipments and job requests.
-Communicating directly with company departments to complete tasks on deadline.
-Prepare and submit job files to the billing department
