Part-Time Front Desk / Customer Support
Hours: Monday–Thursday | 3–7 PM

This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, reliable, and comfortable juggling a mix of customer interaction and front desk tasks. You’ll be one of the first faces our clients see, helping create a calm, professional, and inviting experience from the moment they walk in.

Duties
- Greet visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and route inquiries
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using CRM
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
- Support clients with phone check- ins, providing a personable and caring experience
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, providing exceptional service
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to support daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk duties, office management, or administrative support roles with clerical experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that fosters positive interactions
