- Coordinate route coverage for mobile staff by assigning phlebotomists and couriers based on service needs.
- Monitor field performance and communicate issues to supervisors.
- Verify timekeeping records, communicate discrepancies, and ensure documentation of absences with accuracy.
- Track and confirm specimen arrival and assignment completion using company software and reporting tools.
- Ensure timely completion of all scheduled and STAT venipunctures and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with Client Services and other internal teams about service disruptions.
- Participate in required weekend rotation and maintain reliable attendance.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM and dispatch systems such as RingCentral, SugarCRM, Encore, and Power BI
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including Regional Supervisors, Quality Assurance, and Client Services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, dispatch, or medical office administration preferred
