Acuity is seeking an experienced insurance recruiter to join the Human Resources department as a Human Resources Specialist. Primary responsibilities include attracting and recruiting exempt and nonexempt employees using pro-active sourcing methods such as social media and direct calling while managing the full cycle recruiting process. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing talent pipelines through networking and initiatives, onboarding, and candidate experience projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develop and implement long-term staffing strategy for most positions.

Develop recruiting sources.

Evaluate candidates.

Communicate position expectations and employee benefit information.

Extend offers of employment.

Conduct orientation.

Partner, both proactively and by request, with stakeholders to support company needs and expectations. Execution includes:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar designation helpful.
EXPERIENCE:
Job related experience helpful.
This position is classified as exempt.
The salary range for this position is $60,900-$90,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
