Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to define functional and operational requirements
- Elicit, document, and refine business, user, and system requirements with stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Support solution design by aligning business needs with technical approaches
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support data quality validation by defining business rules, validation criteria, and expected outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reviews, and working sessions
- Maintain requirements traceability and controlled project documentation
- Support user engagement, feedback collection, and change communication
- Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements and business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, data, or software delivery efforts
- Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical documentation
- Experience developing user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Experience facilitating communication across stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams
- Experience conducting gap analysis and process improvement assessments
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience supporting data, analytics, or cloud platform initiatives
- Experience with data quality validation, business rules definition, or requirements traceability
- Experience with J ira , Confluence , or similar workflow tools
- Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. suitability
