Position Summary
Required to assist in daily clean up and routine maintenance of equipment according to training. Cleaning logs must be completed for each operation and each piece of equipment. Plant must be kept in compliance with health department regulations, as well as applicable state and federal statutes AT ALL TIMES to avoid citations/penalties during routine unannounced inspections. These requirements are detailed in Standard Operating Procedures which form the basis of company provided training for this position.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Clean in production environments and labs where PPEs or other gowning and entrance/exit procedures must be followed.
- Responsible for cleaning entryways, hallways, bathrooms, offices, and indoor/outdoor common areas.
- Cleaning floors includes vacuuming, sweeping, moping, and using a floor scrubber.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms including urinals/toilets, countertops, walls, sinks, showers, and replenish restroom supplies.
- Emptying and removing trash from garbage cans inside and outside and disposing as directed
- Dust and clean windows, blinds, vents, furniture, and mirrors.
- Barrel washing.
- Assist in setting up furniture and equipment for special events as scheduled by the department.
- Other duties as assigned.
