Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

The Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily marketing operations with a strong emphasis on graphic design, visual branding, and digital content creation. This individual will have hands-on experience using graphic design software, marketing tools, and analytical platforms. The role requires creativity, strong design instincts, excellent organization, copywriting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position supports social media content creation, promotional materials, mail campaigns, digital media initiatives, and key marketing events such as tradeshows, webinars, and corporate activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print materials such as social posts, brochures, sales sheets, ads, signage, and emails.
• Maintain brand consistency and create visually engaging designs and concepts.
• Develop content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing.
• Manage social media schedule and content publishing; suggest new ideas to increase engagement.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards for layout, color, and typography.
• Support webinars, including planning and promotion.
• Design and place digital ads on LinkedIn and other digital platforms to increase traffic and improve brand perceptions.
• Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media tools to track performance and adjust campaigns.
• Collaborate on website development project, and support content publishing on Actus.com
• Create and manage promotional materials and event assets such as trade shows and webinars.
• Manage photo and video projects as needed.
• Maintain organized content libraries, brand guidelines, and templates for team use.
• Improve processes and systems to increase efficiency, collaboration, and content sharing.

Position Qualifications: 

• Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred. 
• Strong proficiency in graphic design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Experience with Adobe Premiere a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple design and marketing projects while maintaining high attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable design or content improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CRM or Analytics Experience (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience working on WordPress websites preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage annual event calendars, promotional inventory, and post-event reporting.
• Proven ability to collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and impact in marketing and event execution.

The annual salary for this position is $60,000.00.
