Other duties may be assigned.1). Main contact window with customer various stakeholders to drive the overall operation and performance of tools for maximum user satisfaction.2). Carry out N2 purge tool installation and support for semiconductor fabs in USA, mainly Boise and Virginia area.3). Coordinate and supervise tool installation for contractors to ensure smooth set up, testing and commissioning to customer in semiconductor fabs.4). Provide tool troubleshoot service to ensure optimum uptime and performance all the time.5). Conduct weekly and monthly review on tool status and project progress with Asian team.6). Support marketing and promotion of company product when required within the USA market when required.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to communicate with all stakeholders effectively to achieve organization objectives.5).
