Title: Sales Representative - Key Account CoordinatorGeneral Job Description:The US subsidiary of a Japanese manufacturer of high-performancelubricating grease requires a position of sales reps for large companies and distributors. The company is the leading manufacturer in Japan for high end products as well as providing high quality control.Business Sector Targeted: Large companies in the automotive industry, robotic, electrical apparatus, bearings and other mechanical manufacturers.Position Responsibilities: To retain and build good network with the customers which are large companies and distributor while being consistent with the global strategies from headquarters in Japan. Understand the customer's business profile and function. Be able to provide technical assistance to customers requiring understanding of their issues in the field of lubrication. Must work with the marketing managers to provide the required technical information for the customer to offer high value-added products. Must work with the Supply Chain Manager and the Inside Sales Supervisor, or the equivalents.Qualifications: 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or in the sale of lubricating grease or chemical products. Experience in the selling of value-added products. Flexible with business culture as the company head office is in Japan. Ability to work independently with external and internal team members. Must be patient in the process of launching new projects in this industry with customers and be persistent in this process.
