Job Description / QualificationsPosition Title: Inside-Sales Rep

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and handle order processing (purchase/sales orders)
Manage and track delivery schedules
Oversee inventory control and conduct analysis
Perform physical inventory checks, including visiting customer sites to verify consigned inventory (travel by company vehicle)
Handle inbound and outbound shipments (up to 15 lbs per box)
Conduct order and sales data analysis
1: Physical counting will still be primarily the role of our current local Ohio team member. The candidate will manage orders, deliveries, and tracking.
2: The candidate must still visit customer sites up to twice a week to manage deliveries. The candidate may need to handle both tasks if the main Ohio team member responsible for the counting is unavailable.
3: Two customers are involved with this responsibility. One is in Fredericktown, Ohio and the other is in Wilmington, Ohio. Our office is Plain City, Ohio.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Japanese
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely
Proven sales skills, including lead generation, qualification, and closing
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets)
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple leads and tasks
Solid product knowledge and the ability to understand and address customer needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
