Acturion is expanding its reinsurance platform and seeking a driven institutional sales professional to originate asset-intensive flow and block reinsurance transactions and deliver targeted capital solutions across the US and international life and annuity markets. This role suits someone who excels at building strong industry relationships and generating high-value opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and originate asset-intensive reinsurance opportunities with life and annuity insurers (flow and block).
  • Build and strengthen relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, bankers, and advisors.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline through proactive market engagement.
  • Collaborate with actuarial, structuring, investment, and legal teams to advance transactions from initial discussion to closing.
  • Represent Acturion at industry conferences, broker events, and client meetings.
  • Provide consistent reporting on pipeline activity, engagement, and transaction progress.


Requirements

  • Strong existing network within the US and international life insurance and reinsurance market, including senior insurance executives, reinsurance teams, corporate development groups, and brokers.
  • Experience originating or influencing reinsurance, risk-transfer, or structured insurance solutions.
  • Solid understanding of asset-intensive products (annuity, life, and capital-efficient structures).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to market development.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client engagement.
