Schedule: This is a full-time remote position located in Fishkill, NY or Purchase, NY with hours between 730 AM to 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Onsite client visits required as needed in the region. Candidate must live within one hour commute to Fishkill, NY or Purchase, NY.

Acture Solutions Inc.-Computer Systems Integrators, Inc. (CSI) is seeking an experienced Sr. Network Engineer. As we embark on a journey of expansion and innovation, we require an individual with exceptional organizational skills to facilitate the smooth execution of network engineering and management.

What You’ll Do

• Connectivity: Provide robust connectivity across routing, switching, and wireless networks on campus, over WAN, and to the Internet.
• Network Security: Manage network security (NGFW, VPN, SDWAN, NAC, SIEM/SOAR configurations) and work with various firewall vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Barracuda, Meraki, etc.
• Layer Management: Handle Layer 2 and 3 management, including Spanning Tree, Ethernet trunking, VLANs, Port Aggregation, and QoS tagging.
• Routing Services: Proficiently manage routing services like DHCP and DNS; knowledge in email routing and security is a plus.
• Tech Familiarity: Work with EDR/MDR/NDR technologies and connect on-premises systems to AWS, Azure, Google, and co-location data sources.
• Network Experience: Utilize experience with Cisco and HPE Aruba wired and wireless networks.
• Advanced Tools: Experience with Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass is highly desirable.
• PSA Systems: Work within PSA systems such as ConnectWise and Autotask.
• Firewall Configuration: Configure NATs, routes, and DMZ setups, and install SSL certs.
• Switching: Manage Layer 2 and 3 switching.
• Wireless: Handle Wireless APs (Meraki, Cisco).
• Ticket Escalation: Serve as an escalation point for tickets from level 2 engineers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 7 years in networking, with a minimum of five years managing and implementing multi-location site-to-site and campus-wide networks. (CISCO, Aruba)
• Certifications: CCNP required
• Documentation: Strong belief in clean documentation, clear network topology, and well-defined configuration change paths.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous about cabling, labeling, and maintaining a polished appearance for network stacks.
• Challenge Seeker: Enjoy intellectual challenges and strive to get things "just right" for customers.
• Adaptability: Able to quickly change priorities while maintaining progress on long-term projects and tasks.
• Initiative: Capable of taking a project and running with it.
