About The Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Admin and Marketing Support Specialist to keep our office operations organized and efficient while providing light support to marketing projects. This role is primarily administrative, with some creative contributions to marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Handle day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and supply ordering.
• Prepare and organize electronic and paper records.
• Assist leadership with meeting coordination, document preparation, and office communications.
• Draft letters, reports, and presentations as requested.
• Support general office operations to ensure a professional and efficient environment.
  
  

Marketing Support

• Assist with posting updates to the company's social media accounts and website.
• Help format and proofread marketing materials such as flyers, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide support for small-scale events and community activities.
• Track basic engagement metrics from campaigns when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
• Comfort with light marketing tasks such as social media posting or content editing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or email marketing tools.
