We’re looking for a dependable IT Support Tech to keep our computers, software, and systems running smoothly. This role is hands-on, setting up new computers, fixing everyday tech problems, and keeping our Microsoft tools (Azure, Office 365, Teams, etc.) working right.

We’re looking for a dependable IT Support Tech to keep our computers, software, and systems running smoothly. This role is hands-on, setting up new computers, fixing everyday tech problems, and keeping our Microsoft tools (Azure, Office 365, Teams, etc.) working right.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and other equipment.
- Fix basic hardware and software issues for our team.
- Support email, Teams, and other Microsoft apps.
- Take care of updates, patches, and security basics.
- Help new employees get set up with devices and accounts.
- Keep track of equipment and IT notes.
- Pitch in on other tech projects when needed.
- Some hands-on experience in IT support, computer repair, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Comfortable troubleshooting Windows (Apple product experience a plus).
- Basic understanding of networking (IP addresses, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Good at problem-solving and explaining tech in plain language.
- Self-starter who can manage tasks without a lot of supervision.
- Software development and code writing experience.
- Experience with SharePoint or OneDrive
- Familiarity with backup tools or simple server management.
