Are you a recent accounting graduate eager to get your foot in the door and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment? Acts Fleet is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions
- Support daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
- Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks and other internal systems
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with senior accounting staff to support audits and budgeting processes
- Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Excel and other accounting software a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to accuracy
