What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at ActOne Group?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team in Ridgeway, SC. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the central point of communication across teams, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Manage incoming calls for multiple locations
Act as the main point of contact for Columbia & Charleston service operations
Schedule service and installation for multiple crews (residential & commercial)
Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email
Track materials and maintain accurate service records
Prepare tickets for invoicing and process credit card payments
Coordinate fire door drop testing and preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain and update service tracking spreadsheets
Assist with warranty documentation and support the Field Operations Manager
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar coordination, dispatch, or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working with multiple systems and spreadsheets
