Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a high-security production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adhering to strict customer and bank guidelines while performing key tasks such as digitizing documents, operating high-volume scanning equipment, and inputting and validating data. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to make informed decisions on routine tasks, and a commitment to maintaining productivity and quality standards.. Responsibilities: Adhering to customer and bank guidelines concerning operations, internal audits, security, and general practices. Contributing to team accuracy and production goals, as well as achieving individual performance targets. Preparing work for digitization by removing payments and documents from mailing envelopes. Operating high-volume document scanning machines, ensuring the quality of scanned images meets standards. Inputting and validating data into the system, following standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions. Validating and reconciling electronic records against paper documentation. Making informed decisions on routine tasks and escalating non-routine issues to a supervisor or manager. Demonstrating a willingness to learn new processing functions and equipment operations across various production departments. Maintaining productivity and quality standards at the site. Lifting and moving mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks. Requirements: A minimum of 7 years of residency history in the United States. A resume reflecting at least 3 years of consistent work experience. A state-issued form of identification (e.g., ID card, driver’s license). Ability to work in a high-security production environment, maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility to perform different functions. Strong team player, able to effectively interact with diverse groups within the organization. Physical ability to meet role demands: sitting up to 95% of the time, standing or walking up to 10% of the time, and lifting up to 50 pounds. For data entry roles: Typing speed of at least 7,000 keystrokes per hour (kph) as required by Chicago, with successful completion of an assessment.
