Acton Medical Associates, PC is looking for a Weekend Patient Services Representative to join our team! This role is essential to our practice, as the Patient Services Representatives are the first point of contact for patients arriving for appointments.
Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM
The Patient Services Representative is a customer service role at our busy medical practice. In this role you will:
- Greet and check in patients for appointments
- Verify insurance and demographic information
- Process co-payments
- Schedule patients for follow-up or future appointments
- Answer patient phone calls regarding appointments
- Ensure our patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and have the best experience possible at our practice
Candidates should have:
- High school education or equivalent
- Customer support/service experience
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Ability to use/learn a multi-line phone and basic computer systems (Word processing, database navigation)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different patient needs

Our typical hiring range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
