What You’ll DoBuild relationships with new and existing customers, helping them select the right vehicle to fit their needs.Guide customers through the sales process, including trade-in evaluation, financing, leasing, and delivery.Maintain in-depth product knowledge across Ford’s full lineup, including the latest electric and hybrid vehicles.Leverage dealership systems and digital tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communications.Work with sales managers and teammates to meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
