Role Description
This is an on-site role based in Acton, MA, for a School Bus Driver at Acton Boxborough Regional School District. The School Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as to field trips and other approved school activities. Daily tasks include inspecting the bus for safety, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws, and fostering a safe and respectful environment for student passengers. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and routes is required.
Qualifications
- Truck Driving and CDL Class B certification
- Defensive Driving skills and comprehensive knowledge of traffic laws
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to safety and reliability
- Ability to pass required background checks and medical exams
