We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead the design and implementation of financial systems within a dynamic finance industry environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can align SAP capabilities with complex financial operations, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
The role is open for multiple locations : Alpharetta, GA , Berkeley Heights, NJ, or Omaha, NE

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and lead SAP S/4HANA Finance (1909 and beyond) solutions tailored to financial services operations, including banking, insurance, or investment management.
• Design and configure core FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Bank Accounting.
• Implement advanced S/4HANA features such as Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP) and support audit and risk management processes.
• Integrate SAP with financial platforms such as Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Risk & Compliance tools, and external reporting systems.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through Fit-to-Standard workshops, blueprinting, and solution design.
• Provide governance and oversight for SAP FICO development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and finance industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 3 full life cycle implementation Hands-On experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes, including regulatory reporting, financial consolidation, and intercompany transactions.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
