We are seeking a senior SAP S/4 CRM Functional Lead with deep expertise in SAP CRM and S/4HANA migrations.
This role will lead CRM functional design, system configuration, and business process optimization, while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP CRM to S/4HANA CRM brownfield migration initiatives
- Design and configure CRM base settings, Business Partner (BP), and master data
- Configure and support Sales, Opportunities, and Pipeline management
- Work with SAP Fiori, WebUI, and CRM Mobile applications
- Manage document management integrations and OData services
- Oversee integrations using IDoc, BAPI, and APIs
- Support data migration through SAP Data Migration Cockpit
- Provide functional leadership and stakeholder communication
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of SAP experience
- 3 years of S/4HANA CRM hands-on experience
- Experience with at least 2 brownfield CRM migrations
- Strong knowledge of CRM Base Customization, BP setup, Master Data, and Sales processes
- Working knowledge of Fiori/WebUI, CRM Mobile, Document Management, and OData
- Understanding of IDoc, BAPI, API, and Data Migration Cockpit
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA CRM Certification
- Experience with CRM-related SAP Fiori apps
It's a Remote role with Travel to Nebraska (50%) - 6 Months contract.
