MarTech Program Delivery Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a senior MarTech delivery leader to own a complex enterprise marketing technology implementation end-to-end. This is not a traditional project management or solutions architecture role**—you will lead technology, functional requirements, content, testing, change management, teams, agencies, budget, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full systems integration and implementation lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
Define and manage requirements across **technology, functional, and content areas.
Oversee enterprise MarTech implementations involving Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, CMS platforms, and system integrations.
Develop testing strategies and coordinate **testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
Manage complex programs involving multiple internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
Lead stakeholder communications and **organizational change management.
Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Provide strategic leadership across technology, people, process, content, testing, and change management.
Communicate effectively with **senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in consulting delivery, digital transformation, MarTech, or enterprise technology implementation.
Strong preference for candidates from Deloitte Digital, Accenture Song/Interactive, or other Big 4/digital consulting firms.
Deep knowledge of MarTech platforms, particularly Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, and CMS.
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise implementations for large/tier-one organizations.
Strong understanding of systems integration and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience managing budgets, cross-functional teams, agencies, and executive stakeholders.
Strong program leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to understand and manage the interconnected technology, people, process, and organizational change aspects of enterprise implementations.
