We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for various clients, social media campaigns, email marketing, blogs, online reputation management services, account management and client relations.
The successful candidate will be overseeing the execution of strategic social media and other digital initiatives, including developing and managing accounts, content development, audience engagement, advertising, monitoring and analysis of marketing trends, and alignment with SEO/SEM efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
- Compile and present data for other departments and clients
- Assist digital team in execution of strategic online communication campaigns using social media channels, email marketing, SMS, and other digital resources
- Management of client and in-house planning calendars
- Research and make recommendations on new/alternative platforms and social media channels
- Maintain posting schedules and interacting with clients’ audiences in real-time to answer questions, promote interest, and generate conversation, maintaining positive online reputation/positioning
- Assist in development and implementation of digital campaigns, including strategy, objectives, tactics, KPIs/measurement elements
- Assist in development and analysis of strategic advertising campaigns on various channels
- Manage client blogs – content schedules, writing, publishing, and sharing
- Develop, distribute, measure and optimize email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate content development including image sourcing, copywriting, link development, etc.
- Limited video production using tools and guidelines provided
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide monthly reports with forecasting and trend insights
- Prepare materials for and participate in client update calls/meetings as needed
- Other duties as advised by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or a relative field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Integrity, honesty and ethical in all regards
- Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of critical inbound marketing best practices, including SEO, blogging, social media, landing pages, etc.
- Understanding of Google Analytics including trend and traffic analysis
- Proficiency with social media channels and email marketing
- Strong command of the English language with equally strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- Strong desire to get the job done and willingness to pitch in and help in all aspects of the business as needed
Preferred skills:
- WordPress editing and management, some design
- Graphic design skills/familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Video production abilities using tools such as iMovie and other simple video programs
- Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite
