Role Description
This is a part time to full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in New York, NY. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation and injury prevention. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, providing one-on-one therapy sessions, and employing hands-on manual therapy techniques. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and maintaining comprehensive patient records is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Strong knowledge in the fields of Medicine and anatomy as they relate to therapeutic practices
- Experience in providing Home Care services is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure quality patient engagement and care
- Active Physical Therapy license in New York State
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
