We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill the position on our home care team, for the client located in Evanston, IL.
We are looking for someone who is available for the schedule: Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm-MUST DRIVE
CLIENT HAS DOGS IN THE HOUSE.
Home Health Aide (Caregiver) Qualifications:
- 2 years as a HHA/Caregiver in the home care sector.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
- English Speaking
- Essential Functions:
- Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting clients with medical equipment, and medication reminders.
- Providing vital information on clients through Clear Care.
- Assist clients in activities of daily living
- Document care provided
- Provide care and compassion to foster the client’s physical and emotional well-being
