Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Specialist

Help us keep materials moving, orders accurate, and production on schedule. As a Warehouse Receiving and Inventory Specialist, you’ll be the point person for inbound and outbound goods, inventory organization, and safe equipment operation.

• Guarantee the integrity of incoming materials by receiving, inspecting, and recording deliveries.
• Place materials in correct locations to optimize space and streamline access.
• Assemble and verify shipments to meet customer and quality expectations.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with safety and efficiency top of mind.
• Partner with teammates to hit production targets and on-time deliveries.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and safety procedures across the warehouse.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift operation capability; certification is advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items; comfortable with physical tasks.
• Effective communicator and reliable team player.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory and shipping documentation.
