Industrial Steel MIG Welder, Blueprint Specialist
Location: Bridgman, MI

Help a growing manufacturer deliver high-quality steel assemblies on time. Your MIG (GMAW) welds keep the line moving and the product reliable.
Your Responsibilities- Execute MIG welding on steel parts and production materials
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements to plan each job
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain production pace while following safety and quality procedures
- Assist with material handling and assembly as needed
- Complete routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- MIG welding experience preferred
- Proficient with tape measures; able to read basic blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work through the entire shift in manufacturing
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
- Prior manufacturing/production experience is a plus
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Ability to work in a warehouse or industrial production setting
- Full-time production schedule
- Overtime may be required based on production demands
- Industrial manufacturing environment; PPE required
