What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect homes to identify wildlife entry points and problem areas
• Perform exclusion work (sealing gaps, installing hardware cloth, minor repairs)
• Set and monitor humane traps for rodents and small wildlife
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, and on roofs
• Use tools such as drills, impacts, and saws
• Drive to job sites and represent the company professionally
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and service vehicles

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• At least 1 year of hands-on outdoor or trade-related experience
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and at heights
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points)

• Construction, roofing, or handyman work
• Pest control or wildlife removal
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Experience leading or managing a team
