Position Details:
- Compensation: $85K - $95K annually, with monthly bonus opportunities of up to $1,800
- Must have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field
- Must have a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Work Mode: Hybrid position;
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish (not required)

Your Role:
As a Senior Behavior Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to oversee Early Start Programming, social skills group development, and Regional Center contracts
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and verbal behavior assessments
- Design and implement individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula
- Provide mentorship and supervision to BCBA candidates
- Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration to develop and deliver high-quality interventions
- Drive continuous improvement and quality control initiatives for clinical services
What We're Looking For:
- Master's/Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field, with BCBA certification.
- Training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Due to the nature of this role providing medical care to children in their homes, a background check is required by law. Certain convictions may disqualify candidates based on applicable state and federal regulations.
- Deep understanding of ABA principles, ethical standards, and the developmental challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
- Proven experience in 1:1 educational settings and the ability to manage data-driven programs.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor future BCBAs and work collaboratively with families and teams.
- Experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes providing direct services to individuals with complex behavior problems.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid, clean California driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Must have reliable transportation (due to HIPAA regulations, public transportation and ride shares do NOT qualify as a reliable form of transportation
- Solid technical skills and passion for quality service
- Experience with children
- Organized and efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Positive and professional team player
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others
- Ability to supervise upcoming BCBA candidates
- Requires the ability to travel to various locations to meet with families, providers, etc.
- Effective with shifting roles, responsibilities, and expectations in a changing environment.
