Warehouse Decommissioning Laborer – Full Time
We’re looking for a few reliable, hardworking people to join our warehouse team in Waukesha. This is a hands-on job, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind staying busy, working on their feet, and doing physical work throughout the day.
The job will include helping with warehouse decommissioning projects, moving and sorting equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and handling general warehouse duties.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Removing office furniture, electronics, equipment, and other materials from job sites
- Sorting equipment and materials for reuse, recycling, resale, or disposal
- Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers
- Palletizing, wrapping, and labeling equipment for transportation
- Moving equipment using pallet jacks, carts, and dollies
- Helping with general warehouse duties as needed
- Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organized
- Following basic safety procedures
- Working with the rest of the crew to get jobs completed on time
What We’re Looking For
Warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
- Shows up on time and is dependable
- Is willing to work and stay busy
- Can lift and move 50 pounds
- Is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day
- Can follow directions and work well with others
- Has reliable transportation
- Has forklift or pallet jack experience — a plus, but not required
Job Details
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Position: Full-Time
