What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Associate position at Active Recovery Boston?
Well-established chiropractic office is looking for a hardworking, motivated associate to join their team in Franklin, MA offices. An overall great work environment, investment in the right associate is key and only makes both doctor and patient care successful. Our population ranges from adult and young adult elite athlete population to general population aches and pains. Ability to help patients from a whole body approach is needed including nutrition and lifestyle education. Skills and interest in Pregnancy, Pre and Postpartum also a plus. Docs must be certified in Active Release Technique or at least have a very strong desire to get certified. A passion for soft tissue techniques including dry needling, Graston technique is a huge advantage amongst other applicants . Other requirements: Chiropractic Board Certification, MA chiropractic state certification, Diversified technique and willingness to learn. High level of patient education and communication needed as well as ability to get chart notes done on a timely basis. Applicant must understand that they will have to network and market themselves to grow patient population but will have support of the office to do so. This position will start part time and as schedule fills in can work to full time.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
