Duties
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential clients
- Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries
- Explain our insurance services in a clear, friendly way
- Build rapport and help clients feel comfortable choosing us
- Set appointments and transfer interested clients to licensed agents
- Keep simple notes on calls and conversations
Requirements
- Someone who loves talking to people
- Comfortable making many calls per day
- Confident, positive, and persuasive
- Reliable and organized
- Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus — but not required
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
