Part-Time with Growth to Full-Time
Active Life Fitness | Garwood, NJ

This isn't just another personal training job.
It's an opportunity to become an exceptional coach.
At Active Life Fitness, we specialize in helping adults over 40 lose weight, build strength, move better, and maintain their independence as they age.
Our tagline says it all:
Feel Younger. Age Better.
Our mission is simple:
To empower adults to live healthier, happier, and more active lives. We believe great coaches change lives—and that's why we exist.
We aren't a big-box gym.
We aren't a bootcamp.
We aren't a trend-driven studio chasing the latest social media workout.
We are a coaching organization built on relationships, professionalism, education, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone who wants to master the art and science of coaching and become part of a team that's making a real difference in people's lives every day.
If you're looking for a place to simply run workouts and collect a paycheck, we're probably not the right fit.
If you're looking for a place where you'll be challenged, mentored, and become the best coach you can be, keep reading.

Your job is to coach.
We Invest in Our Coaches
We'll teach you our coaching systems, programming philosophy, progressions, regressions, cueing, and member experience.
What we can't teach is professionalism, enthusiasm, humility, and a genuine desire to help people.
