Mesh Labs is seeking a Screen Remesher to join our growing production team in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently while maintaining high production standards. We will provide full training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Remove old mesh and adhesive from aluminum screen printing frames.
- Prepare frames for remeshing using mechanical and chemical cleaning methods.
- Stretch and tension mesh to specified standards.
- Apply adhesive and complete remeshing according to company procedures.
- Inspect finished screens for proper tension, mesh alignment, and overall quality.
- Package completed screens for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management of frames, mesh, and supplies.
Qualifications
- Ability to use grinders, scrapers, and other preparation tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Familiarity with screen printing production is a plus but not required — we will train.
