What I’m Looking For
I'm hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who loves staying busy, thrives on structure, and takes pride in doing things the right way. If people often say you’re the dependable one, the organized one, or the one who always follows through—you might be a perfect fit for this role.
What You'll Be Doing
As the face of the office, you'll help create a warm, welcoming experience for our practice members. You’ll:
- Greet patients with genuine enthusiasm and care
- Answer phones, schedule and reschedule appointments
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Support the treatment team with outstanding service and attention to detail
- Keep things running smoothly at the front desk while creating an inviting atmosphere
What You Bring to the Table
- A two-year degree or higher is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a must
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating Windows systems
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset
Schedule
- Monday: 7:15am – 1:00pm, 2:30pm – 7:30pm
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 8:30pm
- Thursday: 7:15am – 1:00pm, 1:30pm – 7:30pm
- Friday: 7:15am – 1:00pm
