We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is all about creating an exceptional in-store experience — welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, finding product in the warehouse for customers, keeping the retail floor clean, and helping customers find the perfect fit. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Provide personalized recommendations and styling or fit advice as needed
- Maintain store appearance — keep displays neat, restock merchandise, and ensure the floor looks its best
- Support inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and uphold store standards
- Represent the brand by maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer care
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- GED preferred
We require all employees to work weekends as these are the busiest times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
