What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at ActivCare at Yorba Linda?
Residential Memory Care Facility seeking Maintenance Supervisor. Candidate will be responsible and will preform the general upkeep and maintenance of 60 bed Memory Care facility and will supervise and assist 4-6 employee's for Housekeeping, Laundry and Janitorial services, to insure the facility is well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. Candidate must have experience with working with vendors and regulatory agencies for residential care facilities and keep the facility in compliance with all regulations and policies set by governing body and/or the corporation. Candidate will also be on call for any maintenance emergencies that may arise.
Salaried Position at $37.00 - $39.00/hr.
Candidate must pass fingerprint background check, drug test and physical.
