What will you'll be doing
- Our Satisfaction Research Associate perform surveys over the phone with home care recipients, their families, and caregivers across the country.
- Accurately type their responses that are then passed on to their home care provider, who use it to improve the care of the individuals and the jobs of their employees.
What we offer

- 4 days of paid training
- 25 hours per week start at $11 bonuses
- 16-24 hours per week start at $10 bonuses

Qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy required
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Commitment to efficiency and accuracy
- Previous surveying experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
