POSITION PURPOSE

The Product Support Coordinator will help coordinate and execute communications operations. This role will support product management, specification efforts, and communications tasks.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Draft, edit and coordinate the production of communications content that is consistent with the organization's brand and style.
  • Organize and deliver all web content in a logical and consistent manner.
  • Execute updates to the website as requested and keep online documentation current.
  • Track website traffic analysis, customer data and competitor information.
  • Execute email communications strategies including template designs, calls-to-action, list management and generation, lead nurturing workflows and measuring results.
  • Measure and report performance of communications campaigns.
  • Execute brand standards and help ensure that sales collateral looks appropriate and is consistent.
  • Maintain layout and design for communications materials, including: advertisements, brochures, catalogs, technical data sheets, submittals and other customer facing documentation to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create, adapt, and optimize design assets for digital and print channels.
  • Create photography and videography to demonstrate product capabilities, customer use cases, etc.
  • Prepare final artwork files optimized for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a media library of photography and design elements.
  • Coordinate tradeshows and events.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Leadership to complete assigned projects and tasks.
  • Support Product Management with customer requests for made in America, sustainability, specifications and other product documentation.
  • Support initiatives to promote products to the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) community.
  • Work with outside agencies, vendors, and partners in support of communications projects and business objectives.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; including InDesign, Phototshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Creative with the ability to gain technical product knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks independently with minimal direction.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years' relevant experience in the communications field.
  • High level of computer literacy.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of building construction industry
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
