An international automotive parts company is currently looking for a Entry level Administrative Assistant to join their office in the Delaware, OH area.
This is a full-time and direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package. Entry level is encouraged to apply.
Entry level Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:
- Multi-cultural communication in office and factory setting
- Provide administrative and clerical support for accounting department
- Assist with executive meetings between upper management, clients, etc.
- Cross-department communication and reporting
- Adherence to company compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Entry level Administrative Assistant Requirements Include:
- Must have at least an Associate’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in an office environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Data Entry is also preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Organizational and time management ability
- This position includes warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
