Production Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacturer - 35206

An automotive parts manufacturer near the Greenfield, IN area is looking for a Production Manager. You will oversee production operations and team. The ideal candidate will have CNC & supervisory experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee CNC operations & operators

· Maintain operational business plans (safety, quality, cost)

· Prepare & maintain department budget

· Train, mentor, and guide team

· Monitor production reports – address delays/issues

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or several years of equivalent experience

· Automotive manufacturing CNC experience is preferred

· Knowledge of manufacturing software

· Strong leadership experience within a multi-cultural manufacturing environment

· Strong communication skills

· Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
