Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Wealth Management Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions
- Assist with investment strategies, estate planning, and wealth preservation
- Educate clients on financial products and help them make informed decisions
- Collaborate with senior advisors to implement long-term strategies
- Stay updated on financial trends and best practices
- Ensure client satisfaction with personalized service in both English and Spanish
- Travel to Latin American countries if needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in personal finance, wealth management, and investment management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Willing to obtain required licenses
- Background and drug testing required
