What Action Plumbing Needs From You:
- Supervise and support a team of field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Hire, train, and evaluate service personnel while providing ongoing coaching and development
- Conduct performance reviews and support technicians in meeting performance expectations
- Ensure technicians follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
- Monitor service efficiency, technician productivity, and daily field operations
- Review service reports, work orders, and documentation for accuracy and completion
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards
- Handle escalated customer service concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally
- Communicate with dispatch and office staff to coordinate scheduling and service priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service management or field operations leadership role preferred
- Experience in commercial plumbing, mechanical service, or a related trade strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with service management software and basic computer systems preferred
