ActionLink is looking for aHome Theater Program Managerwho’s ready to lead, innovate, and elevate one of the fastest‑growing brands in the industry. In this high‑impact role, you’ll guide a talented team of Regional Managers who oversee our Market Managers—the boots-on-the-ground representatives shaping the customer experience.

As the strategic link between TCL and our client, you’ll translate big-picture goals into smart, actionable plans. You’ll spot opportunities before they surface, tackle challenges with creativity, and develop solutions that amplify our client’s investment and drive standout results. The Program Manager will report to a Senior Director and collaborate closely to ensure the program runs smoothly, meets performance goals, and delivers measurable value.

Schedule, Perks and Benefits:

  • Tuesday-Saturday; 9:00am-5:00pm
  • $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience

Your Mission:

  • Recruit, onboard and train TCL Home Theater Regional Managers
  • Set performance goals, conduct reviews and provide coaching to foster a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to local markets
  • Oversee in-store activations, product launches and promotional events
  • Build strong client relationships executing their strategic direction, while offering proactive insight-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive strategy execution and alignment with sales objectives
  • Provide creative solutions to enhance program effectiveness and maximize client ROI
  • Monitor performance metrics and sales data to ensure regional goals are met or exceeded
  • Communicate sales targets to Market Managers and integrate them into daily operations
  • Analyze market trends, sales outcomes and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable recommendations to senior leadership and the client
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards
  • Manage budgets, team bonus payout, incentive payout, staffing levels and operational metrics.


Working Environment:

  • Travel up to 70% by car and/or plane to retail locations, training sessions and business meetings
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours during peak sales periods, or promotional events
  • Remote office environment with access to high-speed internet connectivity and phone required


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sales or related field
  • 5 years in sales, field operations or retail management, preferably in consumer electronics
  • 2 years in a supervisory role; managing field teams
  • Experience in Home Theater sales and field marketing programs is a plus!
  • Strong data analysis expertise, performance management, sales tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to advocate for client needs


Physical Aspects of The Job:

  • Able to stand, walk and move for extended periods during store visits and events
  • Lift and manage store materials or displays up to 25 lbs.
