Service Desk – Asset Specialist

ActioNet has an opportunity for a Service Desk – Asset Specialist requiring a SECRET clearance in Vienna, VA.

The Service Desk – Asset Specialist manages Treasury’s IT asset inventory, tracking all hardware and software deployed in the TSDN environment. Ensures compliance with property control standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain IT asset management database.
• Track deployment, relocation, and disposal of IT assets.
• Conduct physical inventory and reconciliations.
• Generate reports for asset accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury asset policies.
• Support Service Desk with equipment deployment.
  
  

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Active Secret clearance (T-3).
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of IT asset management or inventory control.
• Experience with ITAM/CMDB tools.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA IT Fundamentals or similar certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management.
• Knowledge of federal property management standards.
