Description
- Work directly with developers, system architects, project managers, and stakeholders in a technical support role
- Assist in designing and implementing integration solutions for applications and systems
- Support development and testing of integration solutions to ensure performance, functionality, and security
- Monitor integrated systems and applications for operational stability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and application issues under supervision
- Support application and system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
- Document integration configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions
- Follow established security procedures and compliance requirements
- Participate in audits, inspections, and operational reviews
- Foundational knowledge of application systems, APIs, and middleware
- Interest in system integration, application support, and infrastructure operations
- Ability to collaborate with developers and technical teams
- Basic understanding of security principles and compliance standards
- CompTIA Security (or ability to obtain)
- CompTIA A or Network
- Entry-level Microsoft or Linux certification
